Do you offer shipping?
Yes we do! All perishable products are shipped 2-3 Day Priority Mail to ensure freshness and quality. We ship to all 50 U.S. States as well as FPO/APO Military Bases.
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes we do! When you subscribe to our website, you will be one of the first to know of our Specials, Discounts, New Products, Events and MORE! You can also sign up for our "Love Bites" Rewards program. For every purchase made, you earn Bites! You can also earn Bites by Writing a Review, Sharing our Website on your Social Media and liking/following us on Instagram and Facebook.
Do you offer autoship of your products?
Yes we do! We offer autoship for our Signature Spice Blend as well as our "Butter Me Honey" and "OMGarlic" Butters. When adding these items to your cart, there is an option to select autoship. Every 2 months, your card on file, will be billed automatically and your products will be shipped directly to you.
Can I give a gift card to a friend?
Absolutely! You can surprise your loved ones with a gift card from our online store at www.ChefJoanneThomas.com/shop-all. It’s the perfect way to share the joy of gourmet flavors!
