What is included in a Culinary Journey?
Each experience is thoughtfully curated and may include accommodations, select meals, guided culinary experiences, and exclusive activities with Chef Joanne Thomas®. Specific inclusions will be outlined in your travel package details.
Are flights included?
No, flights are not included unless explicitly stated. Travelers are responsible for booking their own airfare.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own coverage.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All payments are nonrefundable. Cancellations are subject to a minimum $500 cancellation fee. Reservations are nontransferable.
Can I choose my roommate for double occupancy?
Yes. If you are traveling with someone, you may request to share a room. If not, we will try our best to pair you with another traveler. However, if you select double occupancy, it is your responsibility to provide your roommate.
What if I prefer a private room?
You may select individual occupancy for a private accommodation at the applicable rate.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you are on a split payment plan, timely payments are required to maintain your reservation. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of your booking.
Will there be photography during the trip?
Yes. Photos and videos may be captured during the experience for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to this use.
