Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship across the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing times typically range from 3–5 business days. Shipping timelines vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Can I purchase products as gifts?
Yes! Our products make excellent gifts. Be sure to include the recipient’s correct shipping information at checkout.
Do you offer autoship?
Yes. You can select a one-time purchase or auto ship for all of our products at checkout.
How should I store my products?
Spice Blends and Batters should be stored in a cool dry place.
Gourmet Butters should be stored in the refrigerator. However, you may store them in the freezer to prolong its freshness.
Salad Dressing should be stored in the refrigerator. (Shake before using)
