Orders are processed and shipped approximately 3 business days after purchase.  (Unless otherwise stated, 5 business days during the Christmas Holiday Season) All food products are shipped 2-3 Day Priority Mail to ensure quality and freshness. 

All Priority Packages come with a $50 insurance.  


Food Retail Product Returns - Must be returned within 1-3 business days of receiving the product, in its original unopened packages, for an online credit.  Once the product is received, it may take up to 7 business days for a credit to be issued to your account.  Merchandise Returns - you have 5 - 7 Days to return items in it's original packaging for a store credit.

    Yes we do! All perishable products are shipped 2-3 Day Priority Mail to ensure freshness and quality. We ship to all 50 U.S. States as well as FPO/APO Military Bases.

    Yes we do! When you subscribe to our website, you will be one of the first to know of our Specials, Discounts, New Products, Events and MORE! You can also sign up for our "Love Bites" Rewards program. For every purchase made, you earn Bites!   • Do you offer autoship of your products?
    Yes we do! We offer autoship for our Signature Spice Blend as well as our "Butter Me Honey" and "OMGarlic" Butters. When adding these items to your cart, there is an option to select autoship. Every 2 months, your card on file, will be billed automatically and your products will be shipped directly to you.
