A Culinary Journey Around the World® is a travel experience offered as part of Serenity Soul Corporation (SSC) and Chef Joanne Thomas®.
By registering for this experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Flights
Flights are not included in the cost of this Culinary Journey experience unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
I acknowledge and agree that any deposit made toward this journey is nonrefundable and will be forfeited if I cancel my reservation.
Refund Policy
All payments made toward this experience are nonrefundable.
Nontransferable Reservation
Your reservation and any payments made toward your balance are nontransferable.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended. Participants are responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance independently.
Force Majeure
SSC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, weather events, transportation disruptions, or other acts beyond our control.
Photo and Video Release
By participating in this experience, you grant SSC and Chef Joanne Thomas® permission to capture and use photographs and video taken during the trip for marketing, promotional, and business purposes.
Assumption of Risk and Liability
By participating in this experience, you understand and acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. SSC and Chef Joanne Thomas® are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from your participation, except where required by law.
